“If you had hope, maybe you could find a way to make things change; Because if you thought about it, there were so many reasons to try.”
~ Suzanne Collins
BIO
My interest in mental health started with an AP Psychology course in high school where I fostered a passion for learning about how and why the brain works. I have been working in the field of mental health since 2021. The majority of my work has been with adolescents and their families in residential treatment for mental health and substance use disorders.
I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2023 from Southern Utah University. Along with being an office manager, I volunteer with the Materna Foundation, working with pre-awards grants to assist mothers and children living in rural Central America. Working with mental health and non-profits, I have developed a passion for using my skills to empower others.
Outside of work, I enjoy thrifting, traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.
