About
Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges with your partner(s), feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, facing a life transition, or wanting to reconnect with yourself or someone you care about, I provide a space where authenticity, connection, and a strong sense of self can foster healthier, more meaningful relationships. Therapy with me is compassionate and honest—a place where you can feel accepted while also being challenged. I believe healthy relationships are built by people who can stay connected without losing themselves.
I help both couples and individuals navigate relationship challenges, trauma (EMDR; in training), anxiety, depression, identity and self-worth, and life transitions. While change and healing are inherently challenging, we can make room for lightness and humor where welcomed.
Outside the therapy office you can find me at thrift stores looking for the next funky item, riding my bike, or enjoying long drives with the windows down and music on (probably turned up a little too loudly). If we sound like a good fit, please reach out.
