About
I’m drawn to this work because I know what it’s like to navigate through crisis, complicated emotions, and relationships when things feel hopeless— and how powerful it is when things finally start to make sense and move forward. Those moments of struggle and clarity have shaped my perspective, and they guide how I connect with people today.
My approach to therapy is rooted in prioritizing our therapeutic connection, supporting thoughtful self-exploration, and living a life that is aligned with our personal & unique values. I have over a decade of experience working with struggling adolescent girls and discovered early on that my passion lie in in the role of therapist, which prompted my counseling education. My continued education and training include an emphasis on depression and anxiety, identity and self-worth, trauma work using EMDR (in-training), life transitions, and emotion regulation skills.
Outside of the therapy office you can find me with my family and friends, at thrift stores looking for that perfect funky item, staying active, and taking long drives with music (probably turned up a little too loudly). I look forward to connecting with you!
