About
Anxiety is exhausting. Even more so when we are trying to manage it on our own. Therapy can be a safe place to regain control over anxiety. As a therapist, I’ll meet you with empathy and understanding, while also helping you gently challenge the thought patterns that keep anxiety going. Together, we will identify patterns that aren’t serving you and create new skills to help you cope better. My goal is to help you not just feel better in the moment, but feel more confident handling anxiety in your daily life.
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable and understood. I practice from a place of nonjudgment and understanding to create a safe space for you to let it all out. If you’ve tried to manage anxiety on your own and it still feels like it’s running the show, therapy can help you take that control back.
