About Kathryn Johnson
My 30+ years of experience in medical offices (hospital and private practice), social services, and mental health have given me opportunities to help clients in many capacities at difficult times in their life. I can honestly say I love what I do, it can be challenging at times, but it is rewarding to work with great providers and the administrative team members we have at Red Willow.
Throughout my life I have had my own personal struggles with mental health due to health issues, loss of loved ones, grief, depression, and anxiety for which I had to seek help from therapists, and I learned invaluable lessons that gave me the skills to grow and have a successful and happy life.
As the billing manager for Red Willow Counseling & Recovery and Red Willow IOP, understanding medical insurance can be very complex and I am here to help our clients navigate this smoothly and advocate for them when necessary. I strive to be compassionate and have empathy when it comes to helping our clients through their journey to wellness.
