“My main goal in therapy is empowering clients and creating safe space. I believe that bringing awareness to the self and the influences of one’s environment is the beginning of change. My role as your therapist is to help you make choices and changes that will positively impact your life. I will support your change process with validation and feedback. Through the therapeutic process my goal is to help you define your values and live a life that supports those values.”

Ever since I was a child I knew I wanted to work in the mental health field. I have a true passion for others and wanting to help them. I started in this field in 2013, I began the work to get my Substance Use Disorder Counseling certificate. I completed that in 2014 and am currently a fully licensed SUDC. I finished my bachelors in psychology at the University of Utah. I am currently in my last year of the Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Argosy University.
Not being from Utah originally, I find myself in the mountains as much as I can. I enjoy spending time there. When I am not in school or working I enjoy being a wife and mother participating in the many activities that come with having a family.
