The disease of addiction can be overwhelming, often taking control of your goals and relationships. Group therapy can help people with varying degrees of addiction (including mild to moderate) and has been clinically shown to be the most effective type of therapy. Our goal is to help you reduce drug and alcohol abuse, improve your day-to-day experience, minimize complications, and ultimately take back control by achieving lasting abstinence.
Many people who struggle with addiction also struggle with a psychological disorder. Our therapists and partners at Recovery Help enable you to confront the triggers of your compulsion, start to understand your addiction, and overcome it with intention. You are also invited to share obstacles and victories with the group and in turn receive support from people who really get what it’s like to combat addiction.
