Having worked in the capacity of mentor and case worker in a variety of settings, I am happy to assist individuals as they go through difficult transitions in life, particularly, addiction recovery and homelessness. I believe in the therapeutic process and have experienced healing in my own life as a result of counseling, as well as in the lives of others.
You may see me around the office assisting our counseling staff in a variety of ways, let me know if you need help with anything!
My personal interests are generally centered around music: I love going to live shows, playing music with friends, and making my own music with synthesizers, samplers, hand drums, and drum machines. Music heals! I’ve often participated in “therapeutic drum circles” and I believe playing music (even if you don’t know how) centers us and can open doors in our lives.
